No, we simply offer the marketplace and platform for you to transact with distributors.

Does your service work in my area?

TradingTable is currently focused on the New York City tri-state area. However, operators across the country can join TradingTable, and we’re committed to working with you to onboard your existing distributors and new distributors in your area to ensure the system works for you. Do I have to register?

Yes, operators have to register to join TradingTable. You can begin the registration process by clicking here. If you have questions or would like help setting up an account, contact us at info@tradingtable.com anytime.

Can I buy the same products?

Yes, you work with your existing roster of distributors on TradingTable and will be able to purchase any of the existing products you currently use. You’ll just be able to do it with greater ease and speed. If products you want are not currently on TradingTable, we’ll work with manufacturers to make them available to you through your distributors.

Can I work with my own network of distributors?

Yes, if your current network of distributors is also on TradingTable, you will be able to order from them on TradingTable. If a current distributor is not on TradingTable, tell us. We’ll work to onboard them as soon as possible.

Can I source new products?

Yes, you can browse new products from various manufacturers who are also on TradingTable. The platform enables you to explore new items, and expand or improve your offering.

Can I see pricing?

Once you are connected with a distributor and have created a proposed order, you will be able to see real-time pricing. TradingTable technology then optimizes your order within your network of distributors to ensure you get the best overall pricing.

How do I get paid?

TradingTable does not handle any money or transactions. Payments are made through whatever existing channels you use with your operators.

Why should I use TradingTable?

When you publish your product information to TradingTable, you enable operators to see and access all that you offer on the very platform they use to order product. That means more exposure for your entire catalog, not just select items, all for free.

Can I sell my products directly to operators?

No, suppliers cannot sell product directly to operators, unless those suppliers are direct-sell manufacturers. In that case, you would have to set up a separate account as a distributor for that side of your business.

Can I share my entire catalog?

Yes, and we encourage it. The more products and product information you publish on TradingTable, the more exposure you and your brand receive, for free.

Can operators see my entire catalog?

Yes, if you publish your entire catalog, operators can see your entire catalog and learn more about the new, innovative products you offer.

How does TradingTable upload my product catalog data?

TradingTable is a GS1 Solution Partner and works with 1WorldSync to pool and synchronize data. Visit the TradingTable data sync landing page at 1WorldSync to complete the Trading Partner Form.

Is market and sales data available to suppliers?

TradingTable does not currently offer market and sales data to suppliers, but we plan to soon. If you join TradingTable, we will keep you posted with updates.
